I‘m Steph Caswell, a qualified coach and former teacher, and I’m on a mission to help teachers seeking a career change.

Teachers like you.

I’m so glad you’re here because… I know you. I’ve been where you are now.

  • Feeling burned out, stressed and overwhelmed – it just isn’t the same job as it used to be and you’ve lost a bit (or a lot) of love for it
  • Knowing you want to leave but uncertain about what else you could do – it’s just so much to think about and you’re struggling to find the headspace
  • Having sleepless nights wondering what the best options are – should you try another school or should you stop completely? Your new best friend is 3am.
  • Wondering whether it’s even possible to do anything else – are your skills transferable? Can you earn the same money? How will you manage child care?

You know the life you want to lead, you know you want to stop feeling like this, but you’re just not sure how to go about it. You’d give anything to clear the thoughts buzzing around your head like flies.

Well that’s where I come in! Hurrah! Ready and willing to help you on your career change journey.

With sixteen years experience in the teaching profession, I decided to step away and support teachers and leaders who also want to leave, but are unsure of how to go about it. Nobody should reach total burnout in any job and I’m on a mission to help you take the leap you need in order to get some work/life balance back.

From those with a side-hustle, to those with no clue what to do next, all of the women I work with have one thing in common.

They are motivated, enthusiastic and ready for change. They know it won’t be easy, but they know it’ll be worth it. Because it is…worth it, I mean. Completely and utterly. I’ve never regretted leaving for one minute.

So whether you’re a class teacher or a headteacher, I’m ready to help you on the next stage of your career journey. Working with an experienced, qualified coach like me will help you build an exit plan that works for you.

One that you feel confident to put in place and that reignites that happiness inside you. You’ll soon become that woman that your friends and family recognise again – the one that’s been missing for the last few months.

I’m here to support you every step of the way and help you navigate the journey ahead. Say goodbye to confusion and hello to clarity. You’re not alone anymore. I’ve got your back.

Let’s get started, shall we? Now, excuse me while I go and grab my fly swat…

the juicy bits…

If you’re anything like me, you want to know the other parts to someone’s personality and life experience, so here you’ll find all the less ‘official’ sounding bits about me! Enjoy!
