I‘m Steph Caswell, a qualified coach and author, and I’m on a mission to help teachers manage their work/life balance and prioritise their wellbeing.

Teachers like you.

Whatever your situation, I’m so glad you’re here because… I know you. I’ve been where you are now.

  • Picturing a time when you’ve got an evening or weekends without a pile of books to mark or planning to tweak.
  • Tired of the paperwork, the parents and the pressures from SLT.
  • Loving the actual teaching part, just not the rest of it impacting on your personal life.
  • Wondering whether it might be time to do something different, yet confused and nervous about what else is possible.

You want that balance back, you want to feel in control, you’re just not sure how to get it.

Well that’s where I come in! Hurrah! Ready and willing to help you on your wellbeing journey.

With fifteen years experience in the teaching profession, I decided to step away to build Strive into a business that supports teachers and leaders to manage their wellbeing. From developing strategies for work/life balance, to supporting those looking to venture into something new, I work with motivated, enthusiastic women who are seeking change.

So whether you’re an NQT, a middle leader or a headteacher, you’re someone who knows that things can’t continue the way they are and are determined to do something about it.

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing should be at the top of your to-do list, but it’s not always easy to know where to start or how to manage it successfully.

Working with an experienced, qualified coach like me will help you build a system that works for you, whether it be in the classroom or building something completely new out of it.

I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Let’s get started, shall we?

the juicy bits…

If you’re anything like me, you want to know the other parts to someone’s personality and life experience, so here you’ll find all the less ‘official’ sounding bits about me! Enjoy!
